Tingdene Homes, a leading manufacturer of park homes and holiday lodges in the UK, recently launched its new and improved Addington park home.

The classic Addington has been a key design in the Tingdene park home portfolio for years. The spacious floor plan options and elegant interior design have proven to be popular with customers and park operators alike. With its continued popularity, the home has since been refreshed for 2019 with new interior and exterior styling and features.

The exterior of this home has undergone the biggest transformation with Western Red Cedar cladding features to the front and sides of the home. These are complemented by a smooth render to the remainder of the home in a light cream colour. The render itself is a revolutionary new product that is exclusive to Tingdene.

Manufactured in conjunction with Mapei, a leader in the production of adhesives and chemical building products, the render carries a 10 year warranty; the first of its kind in the park home industry! Once applied it only requires reapplication following the first ten years. This provides the home with a further 10 years of render warranty. The bio engineered render protects the home from mould, algae and moisture and keeps it looking fresh and bright with very little maintenance. Not only does the render provide a stunning, smooth finish, it also saves the owner thousands of pounds in colour washing - a real innovation to the park home industry!

The front entrance leads directly into the kitchen/diner which has a vaulted ceiling, skylight and feature beam. The spacious open plan space is the perfect place for entertaining with a large double aspect lounge accessible to the left and the kitchen and dining area ahead.

The kitchen offers built in appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and even a wine cooler. The kitchen cupboards are a classic ivory with dark oak worktops and tiled splashbacks. Seating for two is provided at the island breakfast bar.

The dining area makes the most of the beautiful high ceilings with a feature crystal pendant light. A pop of colour is introduced into the neutral space with bright green velvet dining chairs complementing the ivory and oak kitchen.

The double aspect lounge features floor to ceiling windows and an electric fireplace. A three seater sofa and a 'snuggler' armchair provide ample seating and the brown/grey wood effect flooring is carried through from the kitchen/diner.

The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe with plentiful storage space. This leads through to the fully tiled en-suite shower room equipped with feature rain head shower and a large, chrome heated towel rail.

The master bedroom is light grey with feature wall and spotlights above the bed. The green theme of the home is continued with a mossy green dresser chair.

The second bedroom features additional storage space with a sliding mirror wardrobe. The room can either be used as a double or a twin. The same style feature wall and spotlights are used in the second bedroom to continue the modern and contemporary look throughout.

The fully tiled main bathroom includes an elegant roll top bath, wall hung basin, toilet and large mirror.

The Addington has been designed in a classic style with modern and contemporary accents to both the interior and exterior. It is a perfect home for entertaining with copious space for guests and the hub of the home centring on the spacious lounge and kitchen/diner.
