Life on the park is amazing with a Social Hub in the centre for use by the residents and run by the residents. What a great way to meet your neighbours and make new friends for life.

With activities currently being planned in a safe way, the guys and girls quite often have fishing days at local waterways close by and golf days are very high on the agenda, weather permitting of course. A simple chat over a cuppa can become a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and a great way to put the world to rights and find out more about the neighbours who are living right next door.

Being positioned near the gateway to the Cotswolds, two great destinations from Orchard Park, both Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold, are great venues to take grandchildren, steeped in history, close to Shakespeare’s birthplace and wonderful places to meet with friends for a light lunch or indulgent afternoon tea.

Closer to the park can be found, Cheltenham Spa, a great venue for shopping and sharing a coffee with friends and also Tewkesbury with its quirky shops and delightful Abbey which is well worth a visit. For all those Rugby fans, the cherry and whites home venue of Kingsholm Stadium is only a 5 minute drive away or if you fancy a pint, why not take a bus from right outside the park to watch Gloucester in action.

Life on the park is peaceful and quiet and we take a pride in the finish and quality of all the developments that we complete. With every plot having a lovely enclosed rear garden, giving privacy for each home owner to enjoy. Each plot is laid to turf front and back although a patio can be laid if required.
