Park homes for sale and rent in the UK

Residential Lodge Parks

We have noticed an increasing number of enquiries through our office asking for park home estates that sell timber lodges for residential purposes and are licenced to do so.

So much so, that we have introduced a Residential Lodge Park page on our sister site www.justlodges.com purely for that purpose.

We also list below eighteen parks belonging to clients, with links through for further information. We also hold details of other parks in the Ayrshire, Cerdigion, Cheshire, Conwy, Derbyshire,  Dorset, Dumfries & Galloway, Durham, Glamorgan, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire, Northumberland, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Somerset, Strathclyde and finally Worcestershire.

As time marches on, lifestyles and fashions change and the park home industry is no exception!

More and more homes are are now being built using Canexcel cladding and/or a mixture of both cladding and the traditional stucco finish, that it won't be too long before this page becomes redundant!

Both park homes and lodges are built to the same British Standard 3632:2015. The only differences are usually in the layout of the accommodation. Lodges tend all to be open plan and park homes with separate enclosed kitchens.

However, the world is your oyster and with the majority of homes/lodges built today to your own personal design you are bound to end up living in your own  dream home.
