Chestnut Farm, located in the picturesque riverside village of Acaster Malbis, has launched a residential development of one and two bedroom modular homes available to purchase, for the over 45s only.

Phase One is currently in development, with prices starting from £130,000 for the one bedroom lodge and prices starting from £190,000 for a two bedroom lodge. 

Choose from four different styles of modular lodge living:

• The Wharfegate: A one bedroom studio lodge with 281 sq ft space 
• The Fossgate: A two bedroom and two bathroom lodge with 484 sq ft space
• The Ousegate: A two bedroom and one bathroom twin unit lodge with 628 sq ft space
• The Ousgegate Plus: A larger version of the Ousegate to create more spacious rooms or additional rooms such as an ensuite, dressing room, utility or home office. 

When buying off-plan, buyers have the opportunity to design a layout to suit their personal requirements, as well as choosing all their own finishing touches to make it feel like home.

Our lodges are designed and built by Acaster Homes Ltd at its manufacturing site in York. A show lodge is available to view, by appointment only. Appointments are available from 9am – 5pm, seven days a week
