Vehicles must only be parked in your designated parking space,
Noise from TV, radio etc must be kept to a sensible volume as not to annoy your neighbours,
All mobile homes must have insurance to cover your own and damage to neighbouring units,
A small dog or cat may be permitted but the dog must be kept within your own property and not be allowed to constantly bark. Any dog mess must be picked up and all dogs must be kept on a lead when walking in and out of the park.
We are on septic tanks for sewage so Items like. wet wipes, toilet wipes, floor wipes, bathroom & kitchen wipes, fat, cloths, perfume bottles, soap powder, incontinent pads, and sanitary pads are not permitted as these items block the drains solid and It's not pleasant to unblock them and get these items out,
Electric bills are read every 3 months and must be paid in full by the date on the bill.
In very cold weather we may have to close the main park road due to ice or snow and the danger of sliding down the park causing damage to yourself or others. There Is parking available at the entrance to the park where there is visitor parking, or you will be able to park inside the gate at Atwell Farm Cottage as long as there is still access for us to get in and out.
Both mobile home and garden must be kept in a good condition and any garden waste must be disposed of properly, not thrown in to neighbours garden or anywhere on the park.
It is recommended that your gas, oil and electric are serviced regularly, You are responsible for the electric box In your mobile home and everything within. We are responsible for the electric up to the box. Tests and work must only be carried out by qualified workmen.
Rubbish and recycling are picked up once a week. Please only put these out on the relevant collection day to void birds/animals ripping bags open.
Rent may be paid monthly, 4 weekly or weekly either by cash, cc or directly into the bank. No rent arrears are allowed and action will be taken to recover the rent if this should happen.
The park owner/manager/Workmen will have access to your garden at any reasonable time for maintenance or urgent repair work such as unblocking drains or finding and fixing broken/leaking water pipes, At NO time will they have access to your mobile home. Outside taps and anything; from the main supply in is your responsibility,
When digging in your garden please be aware that some phone cables; water pipes and sewage pipes can be very close to the surface.
No fences, sheds, decking, etc may be put up without permission,
Ventilation spaces must be kept in the skirt of ALL units to allow the disperse of a possible gas build up.
All visitors must stay within the plot they are visiting and not enter neighbouring plots or cause a nuisance to others.
One months' notice is required when selling your unit.
Failure to comply with the site rules will result in the termination of your tenancy agreement and you will be asked to leave the park.
We have a nice quite park and wish to keep it that way!!!
