PARK RULES FOR BLENKINSOPP CASTLE HOME PARK ESTATE
- Blenkinsopp Castle Home Park Estate is a retirement Park and anyone occupying a mobile home on this Park as their main residence should be at least 50 years of age and retired or semi-retired (with the exception of us and our family and the park warden).
- Occupiers are allowed to keep pets on the park, but they must be kept under control at all times, so as not to cause a nuisance to other residents. Cats must be neutered and dogs must be kept on a lead when in communal areas.
- Occupiers must keep their site including any private gardens neat and tidy
- Occupiers must not create noise so as to cause unreasonable nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.30am.
- The speed limit on the Park is 15mph. Designated communal parking spaces are for cars only, and vehicles belonging to occupiers with no vehicular access directly to their property should have priority. Cars should not be parked on roads and campervans should be parked so as not to create any unreasonable visual obstruction to their neighbours.
- Any additions or alterations to the mobile home or its Park, such as sheds, decking or conservatories must meet with all relevant regulations including the site licence. You must seek the owner' s approval to any additions or alterations to your pitch, or any external alterations to your park home, such approval which will not unreasonably be withheld.
