- Occupiers are allowed to keep pets on the park, but they must be kept under control at all times, so as not to cause a nuisance to other residents. Cats must be neutered and dogs must be kept on a lead when in communal areas.
- Occupiers must keep their site including any private gardens neat and tidy
- Occupiers must not create noise so as to cause unreasonable nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.30am.
- The speed limit on the Park is 15mph. Designated communal parking spaces are for cars only, and vehicles belonging to occupiers with no vehicular access directly to their property should have priority. Cars should not be parked on roads and campervans should be parked so as not to create any unreasonable visual obstruction to their neighbours.
- Any additions or alterations to the mobile home or its Park, such as sheds, decking or conservatories must meet with all relevant regulations including the site licence.
