PARK RULES FOR BURGH HALL PARK

1. One member of a partnership must be over 55
2. No children are allowed to be permanent residents and no more than 2 adults per home.
3. Visiting friends and family members and their children are allowed to stay for a maximum of 2 months at a time.
4. One dog or one cat only will be allowed by new tenants on the understanding that they will not be replaced when the original die.
5. Cats- only one per household where existing. (Conditions as rule 4)
6. No business is to be run from the Park.
7. Tenants must not allow parking on the grass or roadways. Parking on the roadways for the delivering of goods is acceptable.
8. A speed limit of 10 mph.
9. Park gates to be closed between dusk and dawn and residents must ensure that gates are closed after their visitors leave during the dark hours.
10. Homes to be properly maintained and repainted at least once every 5 years.
11. Residents responsible for maintenance of tidy gardens
12. Compostable garden waste can be put in the designated area in the woods but no other material without permission
