As a Community we believe in ‘working together’ to continuously improve our park, as well as keeping community spirit alive. We aspire to be pleasant and friendly to all our fellow Residents, their visitors, and any person employed to work on the Park.
Chartridge Park Ltd is run by the residents for the residents. The Management Team are elected by the residents and designated with the task of maintaining and improving the park’s infrastructure and the day to day running of our business.
Our Park benefits from a private car park with an automatic entrance barrier, and 24 hour CCTV Security. Defibrillator. Street lighting, and a one way road with traffic control humps.
We have landscaped communal areas maintained by our Park Keepers. Our shared communal area includes a children’s playground with a picnic bench.
