Park Rules for Grange Farm Estate
Condition of pitch
1. For reasons of ventilation and safety, the underneath of each home is to be kept clear and not used as storage space.
2. The homeowner can erect a fence round the plot with the approval of the park owner (which will not be withheld unreasonably) who will advise on height and style.
3. Any works on your pitch, including landscaping must be with the Park owners written approval.
4. External fires, including incinerators and barbecues are not allowed. Storage
5. Only one storage shed is permitted on each pitch. The design, size and standard of the shed must be approved by the park owner, in writing (approval will not be withheld unreasonably) and so positioned as to comply with the Park's licence conditions.
Occupiers
6. The Park is for Residents over the age of 55.
Pets
7. A Dog may be kept (other than a dog of any of the breeds subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991) Any dog must be kept under proper control and must not be permitted to frighten other Residents on the Park, must be kept on a leash and must not be allowed to despoil the Park.
8. A cat may be kept. Any cat must be kept under proper control and must not be allowed to despoil the Park.
Vehicles
9. All Vehicles must be driven carefully on the Park and not exceed the displayed speed limit.
10. Parking is not permitted on roads or grass verges.
11. Parking is only permitted in authorised parking spaces.
12. As required by law (Road Traffic Acts and any replacement legislation) All vehicles used on the Park must be taxed and insured and be in a roadworthy condition.
13. No commercial vehicles to be parked on the Park overnight.
Fire Precautions
14. All Park Homes must be equipped with a fire extinguisher/blanket which conforms to the relevant British Standard.
