PARK RULES FOR GREENLAWNS PARK
THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL OWNERS/OCCUPIERS AT GREENLAWNS PARK,ST OSYTH ROAD EAST.LITTLE CLACTON, ESSEX COl6 9RP OWNED BY ANGLIA CARAVAN PARKS LTD AND TO ALL AGENTS AND INVITEES OF SUCH OCCUPIERS.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES FORMS PART OF THE WRITTEN STATEMENT OF TERMS UNDER THE MOBILE HOMES ACT 1983 (THE AGREEMENT) WHICH SETS OUT THE TERMS ON WHICH ALL OCCUPIERS ARE ENTITLED TO KEEP THEIR MOBILE HOMES ON THE PARK.
- THE PARK IS INTENDED TO BE OCCUPIED BY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 50 YEARS
- PAINTING OF THE MOBILE HOME SHOULD BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATION USING APPROPRIATE PASTEL SHADES.
- ACCESS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE HOME THROUGH THE SERVICE HATCH SHOULD BE KEPT CLEAR AT ALL TIMES FOR REASONS OF VENTILATION AND SAFETY
- SURROUNDING FENCE PANELS SHOULD NOT BE PAINTED FROM THE ORIGINAL COLOUR SCHEME OR GENERAL MAKE UP ACROSS THE PARK
- NO FENCES OR OTHER MEANS OF ENCLOSURE SHOULD BE ERECTED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING APPROVAL FROM THE PARK OWNER
- STORAGE SHEDS SHALL BE PERMITTED OF A NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL HAVING FIRST RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE PARK OWNER
- CCTV AND IT'S USE MUST BE ADHERED TO UNDER THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT AND PRIVACY LAWS IN PLACE
- THE OCCUPIER IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CHILDREN TO LIVE WITH THEM, CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) CAN VISIT THE PARK ONLY AS BONA FIDE GUESTS OF THE OCCUPIER WHO WILL BE EXPECTED TO KEEP THEM UNDER PROPER CONTROL AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS DURING THEIR STAY
- DOGS AND CATS ARE ALLOWED.
THEY MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO FOUL ON ANY PART OF THE PARK, IF SUCH OCCURENCES SHOULD HAPPEN IT MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY.
DOGS MUST AT ALL TIMES BE KEPT ON A LEAD OTHER THAN WITHIN THEIR OWN PLOT AND MUST NOT BE A NUSIANCE TO OTHER RESIDENTS.
NO MORE THAN 2 HOUSE PETS (DOGS OR CATS) CAN BE KEPT
- PARKING OF VEHICLES SHOULD BE WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE PLOT OR PARKING BAYS ON THE PARK.
PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE ROADWAY ALTHOUGH CONSIDERATION FOR QUICK DROP OFF DELIVERIES CAN BE ALLOWED (10MINS) FOR LONGER PERIODS THE ONUS IS WITH THE OCCUPIER TO SEEK ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS
- THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT ON THE PARK IS 10MPH AND FOR ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS TO BE FULLY AWARE IN ADVANCE OF ENTERING THE PARK
- NO TRADE OR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES INVOLVING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES CAN BE RUN FROM THE MOBILE HOME OTHER THAN ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- UNROADWORTHY OR DISUSED VEHICLES MUST NOT BE KEPT ON THE PARK AND WILL BE REMOVED BY THE PARK OWNER AT THE OCCUPIERS EXPENSE IF THIS SHOULD TAKE PLACE
- THE OCCUPIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THEIR PLOT TO ENSURE IT REMAINS TIDY WITH NO INTERFERENCE TO ADJOINING PLOTS AVOIDING OVER HANGING BRANCHES AND SHRUBS. NO LARGE TREES OR LARGE SHRUBS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PREVENT ANY ROOTS GROWING UNDER THE BASE OF THE MOBILE HOME
- THE PARK OWNER WILL ONLY ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY NEGLIGENCE CAUSED TO THE MOBILE HOME, VEHICLE [ IF ANY ] AND OTHER PROPERTY OF THE OCCUPIER HIS AGENTS OR GUESTS THROUGH HIS EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE AS A RESULT OF HIM/HIS EMPLOYEES ONLY
