PARK RULES FOR GROVE PARK
- THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL OWNER/OCCUPIERS AT GROVE PARK, MAGAZINE LANE, WISBECH, CAMBS OWNED BY CRICKMORE PARK LTD AND TO ALL AGENTS AND INVITEES OF SUCH OCCUPIERS
- ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES FORM PART OF THE WRITTEN STATEMENT OF TERMS UNDER THE MOBILE HOMES ACT 1983 (THE AGREEMENT), WHICH SETS OUT THE TERMS ON WHICH ALL OCCUPIERS ARE ENTITLED TO KEEP THEIR MOBILE HOMES ON THE PARK.
- THE PARK IS INTENDED TO BE OCCUPIED BY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 50.
- PAINTING OF THE MOBILE HOME SHOULD BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS USING APPROPRIATE PASTEL SHADES.
- NO FENCES OR OTHER MEANS OF ENCLOSURE SHOULD BE ERECTED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING APPROVAL FROM THE PARK OWNER
- STORAGE SHEDS SHALL BE PERMITTED OF A NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL HAVING FIRST RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE PARK OWNER.
- GAS AND ELECTRIC METERS ARE NOT TO BE OBSTRUCTED AND ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR THEIR AGENT.
- THE OCCUPIER IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CHILDREN LIVE WITH THEM. CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) CAN VISIT THE PARK ONLY AS BONA FIDE GUESTS OF THE OCCUPIER WHO WILL BE EXPECTED TO KEEP THEM UNDER PROPER CONTROL AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS DURING THEIR STAY.
- DOGS AND CATS ARE ALLOWED.
THEY MUST NOT FOUL ON ANY PART OF THE PARK. IF THIS OCCURS IT MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIA TELY.
DOGS MUST AT ALL TIMES BE KEPT ON A LEAD OTHER THAN WITHIN THEIR OWN PLOT AND MUST NOT BE A NUISANCE OR AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO THE PARK.
NO MORE THAN TWO HOUSE PETS (DOGS OR CATS) CAN BE KEPT.
- PARKING OF VEHICLES SHOULD BE WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE PLOT. PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE ROADWAY ALTHOUGH CONSIDERATION FOR QUICK DROP OFF DELIVERIES CAN BE ALLOWED (10 MINS). FOR LONGER PERIODS THE ONUS IS WITH THE OCCUPIER TO SEEK ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS.
- MOTOR HOMES AND CARAVANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE PARK BUT CAN WITH PERMISSION OF THE PARK OWNER BE ALLOWED FOR 48 HOURS FOR LOADING/UNLOADING PURPOSES
- THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT ON THE PARK IS 5MPH AND FOR ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS TO BE FULLY AWARE IN ADVANCE OF ENTERING THE PARK.
- UNROADWOR1HY OR DISUSED VEHICLES MUST NOT BE KEPT ON THE PARK AND WILL BE REMOVED BY THE PARK OWNER AT THE OCCUPIER'S EXPENSE IF THIS SHOULD TAKE PLACE.
- THE OCCUPIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THEIR PLOT TO ENSURE IT REMAINS TIDY WITH NO INTERFERENCE TO ADJOINING PLOTS AVOIDING OVER HANGING BRANCHES AND SHRUBS. NO LARGE TREES OR LARGE SHRUBS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PREVENT ANY ROOTS GROWING UNDER THE BASE OF THE MOBILE HOME.
- THE PARK OWNER WILL ONLY ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY NEGLIGENCE CAUSED TO THE MOBILE HOME, VEHICLE (IF ANY) AND OTHER PROPERTY OF THE OCCUPIER, HIS AGENTS OR GUESTS AS A RESULT OF HIS/HE'S EMPLOYEES ONLY
