HOLLY TREE PARK RULES

1. The following rules of occupation are for the good management of Park Home Estates and benefit the Site Owner and Owner Occupier, the rules form part of the agreement. The occupier is responsible for the cleanliness of their plot. No external of or addition to the Park Home is permitted without the prior written approval of the Site Owner.
2. Occupiers are responsible for ensuring that both electrical and gas installations and appliances comply at all times with the requirements of the institution of Electrical Engineers and/or other Authorities.
3. The Occupier is responsible that all household refuse is deposited in approved containers which must not be over filled.
4. Musical Instruments, record players radio and Motor Vehicles must not be used to cause a disturbance to others, especially between the hours of 10.30pm and 8am.
5. All vehicles must be driven carefully on the park, not exceeding the speed limit of 5 mph Vehicles must keep to the authorised parking spaces and the roads must not be obstructed. Vehicles must be taxed and insured as required by law and drivers must hold a current driving licence and insurance. Disused vehicles must be removed from the Park. The prior written approval of the Site Owner must be obtained before parking commercial vehicles. Only one car per family allowed in car park.
6. Private gardens where permitted must be kept neat and tidy, no fences or other means of enclosure shall be allowed without the consent of the Site Owner. The planting of trees and shrubs is subject to the Site Owner's prior approval of types and position.
7. New storage sheds or other structures must be authorised by the Site Owners in writing, prior to the Owner/Occupier purchasing same. They must be constructed of NON-FLAMMABLE materials to meet with Fire Regulations applying to the Park.
8. All dogs must be kept on short leads at all times on the Park. Only one dog not over 50cms in height or one cat. This will apply to all new residents from February 2015
9. The Occupier is responsible for the conduct of children in his/her custody and of visitors, they are not allowed to play in car parks or roads.
10. No Commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the Park without prior permission of the Site Owner.
11. Residents on the park must be a minimum age of 55. If the Park Home is given by the Owner Occupier to a family member they must also be a minimum age of 55 to live on the Park.
12. Park home owners cannot sublet.
