Oaklands Park Rules

All Occupants of Oaklands Park Wokingham are required to comply with the relevant legislation of the industry encompassed in the Caravan Sites Acts of 1960 & 1968 and the Mobile Homes Act 1983. The Written Statement of the Mobile Homes Act 1983 forms the basis of your occupation and in addition the rules detailed below form part of that Written Statement. These rules are intended to maintain the general ambience of the Park and a copy should be kept with your Written Statement.
1. DOGS CATS AND OTHER DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
Occupants may not have a pet animal except with the prior approval by the Park Owners. Any such pet must be kept under strict control at all times and in the case of dogs exercised outside the Park boundaries. Only one pet per home is allowed. Owners with more than one pet as of the date of this communication will be allowed to keep the additional pet but not replace it on its passing on.
2. RETIREMENT STATUS.
The Park is for retired / semi retired persons over the age of 55. At least one occupant, moving onto the Park, must achieve this criterion.
3. CHILDREN.
Children — persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to live on the Park. Relatives (Grandchildren Nephews Nieces etc) are permitted to visit for holidays and occasional weekends.
