Orchard Park is located on Worthing Road and is a small, cosy park. It lies about 2 miles east of Littlehampton which is very popular seaside harbour and about 8 miles west of Worthing, another very popular coastal town.

The village of Rustington is located on the West Sussex coast, a short distance east of Littlehampton, providing a beautiful and pleasant place to live. Although it still boasts village status, Rustington is actually the size of a small town, and its facilities match this. There are plenty of shopping and entertainment options in the area, as well as practical facilities such as health centres and schools.

Rustington benefits from excellent transport links and a great location roughly halfway between Brighton and Chichester, while towns such as Worthing and Arundel are also nearby.
