Oakwood Court

Oakwood Court is just 30 minutes from both Guildford and Portsmouth. There’s so much to do in both of these Cities.   More locally, you’ll find Frensham Ponds, which offers a sandy lakeside beach, sailing and nature trails and there’s also the lovely Alice Holt Forest with more nature trails and country footpaths… perfect dog walking country!

Bordon is the closest town to Oakwood Court, which is currently undergoing some big changes to create a healthy green town.  You’ll find all the usual shops, GP surgery, post office and more here.  New leisure facilities are being built in the town, which will be approximately a 15 minute walk away.

For Jane Austen fans, this area was the inspiration of many of her books, so lots of events take place  locally throughout the year to mark this.

Worth a mention is also The Blackmoor Estate, just under 2 miles away, which is famous for its fruit (pick your own) and Blackmoor Apple Tasting every October.   

You won’t be short of things to do with the Grandchildren here!

The nearest bus stop is less that 1 mile.
