Park Rules for Red Lion Hotel

Site rules (As August 2003) and in consultation with Brian Phillip. Unit 2.

The pitch fee is payable one month In advance by standing order on the first day of each month. The pitch fee includes the provision of a mains water, drainage and electricity supply.

The residents are responsible for paying any community charge, council tax and all general rates applicable to his/her pitch.

The residents are to keep his/her pitch tidy.

The site owner is to keep the site maintained including cutting grass and tending gardens in communal areas.

The annual pitch fee shall be made on the 1st August each year.

No alterations /  planting / boundary changes / communal hedge cutting / parking of trailers / leaving of refuse bins outside individual plots shall be carried out without the express permission of the landlord.
