- For reason of ventilation and safety the underneath of each home is to be kept cleared and not used for storage.
- Null:
- You must not have external fires; no incinerators, or fireworks. Barbecues with hoods are acceptable
- No flammable substances may be kept on the park except in quantities reasonable for domestic use.
- No explosive substances may be kept on the park.
- The resident is responsible for ensuring that all exposed pipes are properly insulated against frost damage including those from the base of the mobile home.
- Any structure erected in the separation space between park homes must be non-combustible construction.
- All occupiers are responsible for the disposal of all household rubbish. Containers which include sacks, must not be over-filled and must be positioned for ease of collection the day before collection (Tuesday is collection day)
- The deposit of any refuse or unroadworthy vehicle's on any part of the park is strictly prohibited.
- No person under the age of 50 years may reside in a park home. You will be held responsible at all times for the good conduct of any visiting children and adults.
- Musical instruments, MP3 players, CD players, radios other audio appliances and motor vehicles must not be used to cause a nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.00p.m and 8.00a.m
- The park home, pitch or the park (or any part of the park) cannot be used for any business purpose that would involve other staff, customers or members of the public calling at the park home. However, you are at liberty to work individually from home, carrying out office work of a type that does not create a nuisance to other occupiers.
- You must not park more than one vehicle on the park, however if you have a space accessible on your pitch, without driving across the grass, you may do so.
- Those pets contained within the confines of the park home and held within aquariums or cages will be acceptable. Visitors and guests bringing dogs onto the site must keep them on a lead at all times and under close control.
- You must only use fire point hoses in case of fire
