The next generation Lissett Linden Cottage

Lissett Homes, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke luxury park and leisure homes, has unveiled its impressive next-generation Linden Cottage model, to mark 21 years since its launch.

With its quintessentially English country feel, the elegant Linden Cottage, which is designed for the residential market has been given a fresh design for 2018. The new model boasts a stylish open-plan layout, reflecting the growing consumer trend for flexible living space.

The fully integrated kitchen now features a curved breakfast bar, which flows on to a dining area and lounge, creating a spacious feel. Each Linden Cottage is equipped with Bosch integrated appliances, including a washer/dryer, microwave, a stainless steel 5 burner hob (with central wok burner), a double fridge/freezer and a double oven.

Other updated features include a large Lakes shower enclosure in the master en-suite and a Vitra bath in the main bathroom, as well as generous storage space in the hallway. The new Linden Cottage model also has modern bi-folding doors from the lounge to the outside, providing plenty of natural light and scenic views.

The new designs complement the classic cottage style features of the Linden Cottage that have remained unchanged, such as the exterior stonework, brickslip sills, Marley Eternit Cedral cladding to parts of the exterior, box bay windows, quaint shutters, vaulted ceilings and a contemporary fireplace.

The Linden Cottage comprises of a fully integrated kitchen, open plan dining room and lounge, bathroom, study and two double bedrooms, with the master having a large en-suite.
