Bearwood Park Rules.
1. Mobile Homes will be placed and remain in the position indicated by the owner.
2. The owner will accept no liability whatever for the loss of or damage to property of a resident or any member of his/her family, or of any visitor to the park. The mobile home must be insured by the resident.
3. The number of persons occupying a mobile home shall not exceed the number for which the home was designed.
4. No trading or business shall be carried on or from the park.
5. As from the published date of these rules, dogs and other animals can only be kept by written permission from the owner.
6. No children allowed other than visitors. Conduct of the children is the responsibility of the parents or guardians they are visiting. They are not allowed to play around car parks or other people’s mobile homes unless invited to do so
7. Residents shall conduct themselves at all times with the due regard to others on the park and no music or singing or the playing of gramophones, tape recorders, radio, television or other musical instruments for the reproduction of sound, shall be permitted in the mobile home or on the pitch so as to cause or be an annoyance or nuisance to the occupiers of any other mobile home on the park, and without derogating from the generality of the foregoing not to use any gramophones, tape recorders, radio, television or other instruments for the reproduction of sound nor allow any singing to take place between the hours of 11pm and 8am so as to be audible outside the mobile home.
8. Residents shall maintain the pitch allocated to them in a tidy condition, free from litter and refuse, and shall regularly cut all grass on the pitch.
9. Nothing shall be placed or stored underneath the mobile home.
10. Residents shall not allow waste water to discharge onto the ground or allow any matter to pass into the water closets, gullies or drains which is likely to cause blockages or other damage.
11. Cars and motorcycles shall be kept and serviced only in the area and space provided. The dismantling or abandoning of cars or motorcycles anywhere on the park is forbidden. Car owners are responsible for keeping their own space tidy.
12. All vehicles must display a current tax disc and be fully insured on the park. No parking of vehicles on roadways is permitted and visitors must use spaces provided.
13. Excessive noise by motorcycles is prohibited and the owner reserves the right at his discretion to exclude any such vehicles from the park. No vehicles over 30 cwt allowed on the park except services.
14. Residents shall co-operate to ensure that all refuse is placed in dustbins.
15. Clothes lines may not be erected by residents who are requested to conceal their washing as much as possible Rotary clothes line are permitted but shall be dismantled when not in use.
16. Enclosed porches and lean to's are not allowed. Porches may be allowed subject to planning permission and the express written permission of the owner.
Amendments
June 1999 No caravans to be parked on the park.
August 2000 Driveways must remain shingle.
August 2002 No vehicles to be parked on grass due to damage to underground services.
December 2003 No commercial vehicles to be parked on the park.
Due to limited electricity supply i.e. 440 volts 3 phase, no extra appliances to be added, no electric cookers or power showers except Triton pumped showers using hot water from boiler or tank.
