Brickhill Park is a privately owned and managed development especially designed for the over 50's. Located in Pepperstock, surrounded by beautiful countryside, the park provides a safe, friendly and peaceful location with the convenience of being close to local amenities, leisure facilities and towns.
The traditional village of Slip End offers a warm welcome with a general store, pubs and community clubs whilst the ever popular Harpers, a foodie haven and the perfect place to stock up on some edible delights or to perhaps simply relax and enjoy a lazy lunch, is just a short stroll away from the park.
Great care is taken to ensure a pleasant and peaceful environment. All new homes benefit from a private, landscaped garden with driveway for at least one car.
Each home is connected directly to mains services and with high insulation levels combined with energy efficient central heating systems you can enjoy lower utility bills and also the benefit of Band A Council Tax. We are also in the process of installing Virgin Media to our park which will give our residents great download speeds through the fibre optic cables.
At the Park entrance, there is a bus stop, which provides a frequent service to the towns of Harpenden, St. Albans and Luton. Residents can also easily travel into London via excellent rail connections or venture further afield from nearby Luton Airport. The M1 motorway is easily accessed from junction 10, which is a short drive away.
There are plenty of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside. In addition, there are several golf courses, bowling clubs and sport centres nearby. The historic city of St Albans with its famous Abbey, Verulamium Museum and weekly markets is just 10 miles away. The delightful town of Harpenden is only 4 miles from the park, where you will find a choice of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Alternatively many of the major high street shops can be visited in the historic city of St Albans or in the town centre of Luton
Parks such as Brickhill offer a niche in the market and a whole different package that you simply can't buy in the middle of towns and urban developments.
