PARK RULES FOR GREENACRES

An Agreement between:-

Mr and Mrs PA Webster (the Owners) and

........................................... (the Occupier)

It is agreed as follows:

1. The Owners will permit the Occupier to occupy the furnished mobile home known as ___________  Greenacres Park, on a weekly basis.from ________ until determined by notice in accordance with paragraph 4) below.

2. The weekly rent payable In respect of such occupation will be ______ (inclusive of Council Tax and Water Rates) payable in advance on each week, the first payment being made on the signing hereof.

3. The rent will be reviewed annually to allow for any increases in Council charges. Water Rates and inflation.

4. This Agreement may be brought to an end by either party giving to the other not less than 28 days prior notice in writing. such notice to be given to the Owners at the above address and to the Occupier at the mobile home.

5. The Occupier will take responsibility for his own personal effects and the onus is on the Occupier to protect both his property and that of the Owners while it is in his possession. This includes keeping the Premises sufficiently heated during cold weather in order to prevent  water pipes from freezing.

6. The Occupier agrees with the Owners as follows:-
   1. To pay the aforesaid rent by the day due each week
   2. To pay all charges for fuel supplied to the mobile home and all charges for the use of any telephone.
   3. To keep, during the occupancy, the mobile home and its surroundings in good, clean and tenantable repair and condition (including the interior painting. papering and decorating thereof)
   4. To place all household, recyclable and garden waste in the approved containers supplied by the local authority.
   5. To permit the Owners to enter the mobile home at all reasonable times to carry out any necessary repairs, or to examine the state or condition of the mobile home to ensure that the terms of the Agreement are being adhered to.
   6. Not to make any alteration or addition to the mobile home.
   7. To use the mobile home as a private residence only, not to carry on from the mobile home any profession, trade or business, nor to share occupation, nor to sub-let the mobile home.                                                        
   8. Residence excludes children and pets. Stray animals must not be fed or otherwise encouraged.
   9. Not to d, or suffer to be done, in the mobile home any act or thing which may be, or may become, a nuisance, or cause damage. inconvenience or annoyance to the Owners or the occupiers of any adjacent premises.
   10. To permit the Owners to move the mobile home to another pitch on the Park at any time they shall see fit upon giving the Occupier not less than one week's notice.
   11. Not to assign this Agreement which shall be personal to the Occupier only.
