You may choose your home and have a choice of manufacturer; the price will vary between manufacturers and specifications. The price will be £400,000 to £450,000 for a 48' x 22' home, floor are of 1,056 sq ft. A garage will be included, the plinth for the home is in position, and the garage may be viewed along with a collection of show homes. A block-paving driveway and steps are included, along with an allowance for railings and a patio.
