Park Rules

1. All gardens and fencing, where applicable, to be kept to park owners standard or otherwise removed. Additional fences must not be erected and are not permitted.
2. Mobile Homes must be kept in sound and clean condition, decoration and external colour must be maintained to the satisfaction of the park owners. Wheels must not be removed, nor the mobile home repositioned without permission. No external alteration of or addition to the mobile home or pitch is permitted without prior approval of the park owners.
3. All clothes lines must be of rotary type.
4. All site rents and electricity to be paid on time.
5. No rubbish or litter to be left untidily.
6. The occupier is responsible for the cleanliness of the pitch. He must also keep the area under the mobile home clear.
7. Occupiers are responsible for ensuring that both electrical and gas installations and appliances comply at all times with the Institution of Electrical Engineers and/or other appropriate authorities.
8. The occupier must not permit waste water to be discharged onto the ground. Where water is not separately metered or rated the use of hoses is forbidden, except in case of fire.
9. The occupier is responsible that all household refuse is deposited in approved containers which must not be over filled.
10. Musical instruments, record players, radios, other appliances and motor vehicles must not be used to cause a nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00 am.
11. All vehicles must be driven carefully on the park not exceeding the speed limit of 5mph. Vehicles must be taxed and insured as required by law and drivers must hold a current driving licence and insurance. Disused vehicles must be removed from the park
12. Storage sheds, fuel bunkers or other structures are only permitted with the approval of the park owners and where permitted must be of design and size approved by the park owners.
13. Private gardens where permitted, must be kept neat and tidy. The planting of trees and shrubs is subject to the park owners prior approval of types and position. Trees and shrubs may not be cut down, removed or damaged and gardens will be left intact when the occupier vacates the pitch.
14. Children are not allowed to be permanent residents on/in the park.
15. The occupier is responsible for the conduct of children of visitors.
16. It is forbidden to carry offensive weapons, or other objects likely to give offence on the park, or to interfere with or disturb any flora or fauna on the park.
17. Everyone using the park is required to comply to the regulations of the site licence, water authority or any other statutory authority.
18. Access is not permitted to vacant pitches. Building materials or othe plant must be left undisturbed.
19. No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the park.
20. Dogs and other pets are not allowed to be kept on the park, except with the park owners consent.
21. Parking space is allocated to one car only for each mobile home.
22. Residents are not permitted to park in the visitors parking bay.
23. No vehicle repairs to be performed on the park
24. No touring caravans to be parked on the park without consent of park owners.
25. Violation of the Park Rules will incur eviction from the park
26. No commercial vehicles to be parked on the park
