Park Rules for Crossways Park Homes
- Only one car to each park home.
- Any extra cars to go in car parks arranged with park owner’s permission.
- No business to be run from site.
- No walls to be built or stone building of any kind.
- No excess noise or nuisance to other park owners at any time.
- No long stay visitors unless pre-arranged with site owner.
- Every park home must be kept tidy outside
- No wooden sheds; only tin or plastic
- All electric meters to be read quarterly and paid promptly
- Each park owner pays for their own calor gas
- Water bills will be divided equally between each Park Home owner
- Septic tanks when emptied the bill will be divided between each park home owner.
- No caravans
- No sub-letting
- Each park home pays own council tax
- No dogs unless pre-arranged
- All park home owners to be middle aged
- No porches or conservatories to be built without planning permission or site owner’s permission.
- No young children allowed on site unless visiting, exempt for the site owner’s family.
- Only rotary washing lines allowed
- No trees or hedges to be planted unless in pots on site
- Park owner takes no liability for any loss, injury or accident on site.
