Park Rules for Crossways Park Homes

1. Only one car to each park home.
2. Any extra cars to go in car parks arranged with park owner’s permission.
3. No business to be run from site.
4. No walls to be built or stone building of any kind.
5. No excess noise or nuisance to other park owners at any time.
6. No long stay visitors unless pre-arranged with site owner.
7. Every park home must be kept tidy outside
8. No wooden sheds; only tin or plastic
9. All electric meters to be read quarterly and paid promptly
10. Each park owner pays for their own calor gas
11. Water bills will be divided equally between each Park Home owner
12. Septic tanks when emptied the bill will be divided between each park home owner.
13. No caravans
14. No sub-letting
15. Each park home pays own council tax
16. No dogs unless pre-arranged
17. All park home owners to be middle aged
18. No porches or conservatories to be built without planning permission or site owner’s permission.
19. No young children allowed on site unless visiting, exempt for the site owner’s family.
20. Only rotary washing lines allowed
21. No trees or hedges to be planted unless in pots on site
22. Park owner takes no liability for any loss, injury or accident on site.
