Park Rules for Glebe Park
The following rules are for the good management of the park and the benefit of all who use it.
- Park Homes must be kept in sound and clean condition, no alterations or additions to the park home, building works or erect any porches, sheds, garages, outbuilding, fences or other structures on the pitch is permitted without permission from the park owner.
- Private gardens must be kept neat and tidy. Garden refuses must be placed in the area provided and not stored underneath the park home or behind sheds.
- The planting of trees and shrubs is subject to the management’s approval of types and position.
- Trees, hedges and shrubs must not be lopped, topped, felled or removed without the management’s approval.
- Sheds or storage areas of an approved type will be permitted.
- Refuse and recyclable waste to be placed in the bins in the area opposite reception.
- All vehicles must be driven carefully on the park not exceeding 10mph
- Vehicles must park in the authorised parking areas. Parking is not permitted on roads or grass verges, and owners bring vehicles onto the park at their own risk.
- Visitors cars must park in the visitors car park by the entrance.
- The gate by the entrance is locked between 30 p.m. and 7.30 a.m. Anyone arriving between these hours please leave your car in the car park by the entrance. In the summer the gate may be locked at 11 p.m.
- Everyone using the park is required to comply with the regulations of the site licence, which may be viewed in Reception.
- No business or other commercial activity shall be conducted from the park or from any caravan situated on the park apart from the use authorised by the site licence.
- No dogs. Other pets permitted at the management’s discretion.
- Nothing in rule 13 of these park rules prevents you from keeping an assistance dog if this is required to support your disability and Assistance Dogs UK or any successor body has issued with an Identification Book or other appropriate evidence.
- Musical instruments, record players, radios, other appliances and motor vehicles must not be used to cause nuisance to others, especially between the hours of 10.30 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.
- Ball games and playing around the caravans is not permitted, there is plenty of room in the allocated area.
- Gas or charcoal barbeques only may be used, please take every precaution for safety, open fires are not permitted.
- Only a rain water container of an approved type will be permitted.
- The Park Home must be insured against loss or damage by theft, fire, storm and liability to any third party and such other risks.
